Terms of service.

These are the basic terms for using CliniVox. They cover what you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and the few things that can void your subscription. A full legal version is in your customer agreement.

Your account

You must own or be authorized to manage the dental practice you're connecting. We verify this for new organizations during onboarding.

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials and API keys secure. Compromised keys can be rotated from Settings or by emailing hello@clinivox.ai.

Team members invited under your organization inherit your terms. You're responsible for their actions inside CliniVox.

What we promise

We work to keep the call engine available around the clock, and we tell you promptly and plainly when something breaks. If your agreement includes a formal service-level commitment, that document governs.

Your data is yours. Cancel and we hand it back. Exports include calls, transcripts, campaigns, and contacts in standard CSV / JSON.

We won't make material product changes that break your existing integrations without 60 days' notice.

What we ask in return

Don't use CliniVox to make calls or send messages that violate the TCPA, HIPAA, or any other applicable law. We'll suspend an organization caught spamming or harassing recipients.

Don't reverse-engineer the product, scrape internal endpoints, or resell access. Honest competitive evaluation is fine; ask us for a sandbox if you want one.

Pay your invoice. Plans are month-to-month; late payment past 14 days suspends new bookings until resolved.

Pricing and changes

Your pricing is set out in your customer agreement when you sign up. We'll give existing customers 60 days' notice before any price change and grandfather your current rate for at least one renewal.

Overages (extra AI calls or SMS beyond your plan) are billed at the rate shown in your billing settings, not a hidden multiple.

Ending the relationship

You can cancel at any time from Billing. Service runs to the end of the current period; we don't lock you in.

We can terminate accounts that breach these terms (see the section above) or pose a security risk to other customers. We'll give you 30 days to fix anything fixable, and 24 hours to extract your data.

Limit of liability

CliniVox is a tool. We're careful, but software fails sometimes. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you paid us in that period.

We never disclaim liability for our own gross negligence, willful misconduct, or HIPAA breaches we cause.
